This Project is ongoing and  began in the last week of 2023 with a heart failure diagnosis, and a later sudden unveiling of genetic cardiomyopathy. In March of 2024, I welcomed my fifth child and on Veterans day I underwent surgery to implant an S-ICD, a device meant to prevent sudden death. Broken Rhythm is a mix of images from 2024 that is meant to reflect the present part of life and the feelings of emptiness, silence and uncertainty.
